This one of a kind piece is thrown on the wheel from white stoneware, then dipped in black slip and hand carved into. I distress the slip, let it run, and embrace the individuality of each piece. Painted silver luster adorns the piece, highlighting the details of the image and the irregularities of the slip.
This mug holds 18 fl ounces comfortably. Take a close look at the tilt of the handle.
Please note, luster is not microwave safe. Hand wash or wash occasionally in the top rack of the dishwasher to preserve the luster.
