Wolves are highly individual, yet their social structures are imperative to their survival. They are social animals, as are we. The character of the wolf is also often seen as an outcast or framed as an untamable villain. Therefore the wolf embodies the shadow self that is ever-present, and integral to our psyche.
This mug is thrown on the wheel from white stoneware, dipped in black slip, then carved into by hand and glazed. This mug holds 16 fl ounces and is microwave and dishwasher safe.
*Please note, this mug is discounted because there is one small stray mark on the left of the the main carving where the slip did not cover the surface, as pictured.
