This piece holds 10 fl ounces and designed to store honey or sugar. There is a hole in the lid for a spoon. This jar is thrown in two parts on the wheel, then trimmed and carved into by hand.
This series is a limited run. I brush a pale yellow slip over a dark-bodied clay, then carve into each piece by hand. I will not be recreating this particular color combination, and there are under fifteen pieces in this collection.
Measures 6” tall and 4” wide at the widest point. Microwave and dishwasher safe.
